Building and Location

This apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a historic building in the heart of Yerevan. In Yerevan, most of the landmarks are in downtown, so living in this apartment lets you refuse the usage of private or public transport. However, if you will need to travel somewhere further, the nearest metro station(Yeritasardakan metro) is on 5 minutes walk from the apartment.

Right next to the building is a big park with an artificial lake. Here is located a playground for kids as well as some cafes and restaurants for adults. This park is especially entertaining at night. Beer Academy, located in the park, is the brewpubs where you can get one of the best beers in Yerevan.

Located in the city center it is on 15 minutes walk from the House of Opera and 200 meters from Cascade museum.

The nearest supermarket is on a 10 minutes distance.

Inside the apartment

This is a 2 bedroom apartment.

There is one double bed in each bedroom. Every bedroom has also a big wardrobe for clothes, a mirror. One of the bedrooms has a balcony with a street view.

The dining area is equipped with a table, shelves, sofas, armchairs and a cable TV. There is also an Air conditioner. One of the sofas in the dining area can open to be used for sleeping.

Free Wi-Fi internet is available all around the apartment.

The area of the apartment is around 105 square meters(1130 square feet).

Shower and restroom amenities are the default equipment of the apartment. We provide one set on the entrance. Future sets of towels, toilet or shower amenities are paid.

There are also all necessary kitchen instruments for cooking, casseroles and pans. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, gas stove, refrigerator, electric teapot, washing machine.

Water from the tap is potable in Yerevan so you do not need to buy it.
